    Hi Audiosex.pro

Audio Dev Academy provides free online courses for music producers, audio engineers and novice programmers who want to learn how to create their own audio effect plugins and virtual synthesisers. After some months of preparation, we are pleased to be announcing that our website is now live!

    Website: http://audiodev.io/

The current Audio Dev Academy website is a ‘public beta’, which means more courses and additional features like a forum and a basic e-learning system will be added soon. But also, more importantly, that we are open to receiving your feedback and proposals for future courses. If you visit the website now, you can already:
    • Check out what Audio Dev Academy is all about
    • Take our first free plugin course
    • Keep up-to-date through our news section
    • Contact us personally
We expect a full website launch before the end of the year. But in the meantime, please check out our first free course ‘Plugins 1 - Basic Theory’(https://audiodev.io/courses/plugins_1/about-this-course/). You will master a specific skill-set of C++ and digital signal processing that you can use to create your own plugins. Any questions about our plans or expressions of interest are highly appreciated!

To celebrate the launch, we’re giving away another free eBook from the Audio Dev Academy library, this one is about coding a Limiter. Get your copy from Amazon which includes some production-ready algorithmic code to help get you started. The people behind Audio Dev Academy:

Audio Dev Academy is the brainchild of JD Young and Yuri Guerin, both passionate music producers and entrepreneurs. Besides producing music, JD Young has written a Focal Press book called ‘Home Studio Mastering’ and is the lead audio plugin developer for the companies SoundSpot, W.A. Production, denise and BABY Audio. Yuri Guerin – when not hosting social events – can mostly be found in the studio producing bands, or on stage with his instrumental space funk band ‘Baskar’. JD and Yuri share a love for education, and are determined to pass on the knowledge they received so generously from other educators before them.

    Happy producing
    Joe
