x86 versions go into their respective x86 program folders and likewise for x64,so must be a typo with regards to the nfo instructions

For those that may still be having a problem installing this.. Here is a tutorial i did for another forum. had lots of positive responses from it so maybe it can help some other members here :)

OK so on Win 8.1/ Cubase 8.0.10 i got it going and everything I've tested so far is working Butch vocal plug in as well (its got presets for other instruments too Wink

    ####UPDATED#### 14/4/2015

*Please read all instructions first before beginning *

    how i did it
... disconnect from the internet or see #11 and do that first Wink
if you are on WIFI only make sure your LAN device is (enabled)

    1. uninstall older version

2 delete ALL waves folders and any waves .DLL that might be having round
    (look in Programs x86 /Common files /VST3 and Programs x86/VSTplug ins )
( Programs/Common files /VST3 & Programs x86/VSTplug ins or where ever you have these installed)
( these are where mine were)

    3. Unarchive with Winrar open as Admin ( right click and select open as admin do this for EVERYTHING!!!!! )

    4. Run as Admin> "Waves_Complete_V9r26.exe" when done close installer

    5. Within the r2r-3248 folder you will find an R2R folder, open this

6.Run as Admin "Waves_Patch.exe" this will place ALL the cracked .dll & VST3 into
    Win x86 : C:\Program Files\Waves\Waveshells\
    Win x64 : C:\Program Files (x86)\Waves\Waveshells\
depending on the version of Windows you are running 32bit or 64bit

    7. copy all relevant files to there respective folder you should get a warning every time asking "do you want to replace this file"
click yes and the file will be copied, you should see a data bar showing the file being transferred and then the pop up info
    window will go away

    8. what goes where... from the relevant Folder in #6 above
    Copy (WaveShell-VST3 9.3_x64.vst.3 & WaveShell-VST3 9.61_x64.vst.3) into C:\Program Files\Common files\VST 3\

    Copy (WaveShell-VST 9.3_x64.dll & WaveShell-VST 9.61_x64.dll) into C:\Program Files\VstPlugins

    Copy (WaveShell-VST3 9.3.vst3 & WaveShell-VST3 9.61.vst3) into C:\Program Files(x86)\Common files\VST 3\

    Copy (WaveShell-VST 9.3.dll & WaveShell-VST 9.61.dll) into C:\Program Files(x86)\VstPlugins

    ## NOTE THAT THESE LOCATIONS OF WHERE I COPIED THE CRACKED FILE TOO MAY BE DIFFERENT ON YOUR SYSTEM##
    ## DURING INSTALLATION NOTE WHERE YOU INSTALLED BOTH THE 32 BIT AND 64BIT VERSION ( it ask during original install)##

    9. for an explanation of how to avoid to having to use a USB stick and why
please see the comment after this one by Jungletek cheers mate

    Run Waves License Center.
Copy the ID of your device you want to activate.
Run "Waves_Keygen.exe" with admin rights and generate *.wle license.
    save the *.wle License in

    Windows : C:\ProgramData\Waves Audio\Licenses\
    WinXP : C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data
    MacOSX : /Library/Application Support/Waves/Licenses/
(to find these folders) on Windows you must uncheck the "Hide folders"
on Mac you might need an app like "Houdini" to see invisible folders

or if you want to use a USB drive create (Drive)/Waves/Licenses/<--- put it in there

    10. Refresh and now the name of the drive should show up with its ID number underneath, like in the .Jpg included in the original RAR instructions

    11. if you are connected to the web i suggest adding a line in your Host file "127.0.0.1 register.waves.com"

    12. I've opened a few songs that have a lot of waves plug ins and all loaded and track sounded normal
I also tested the new Butch Wig and its seems to be working.

this is NOT the be all end all answer, this is just what i did to get it working for me

    i HOPE IT HELPS YOU

    Special Thanks to Jungletek

DA DA DA DA DA THATS ALL FOLKS Wink
