latest virus ti driver on osx mavericks breaks speech and delays boot

    I'm experiencing problems after installing Virus TI Software Suite 5.1.3.0v2.pkg. Wonder if this is noticed by others too. Has nothing to do with the hardware its just the driver making trouble.

    1. Speech synth fails with error: Speaking failed: -915 (open terminal.app type: say hello)
    2. System boot up takes two or even three times longer than usual - usually ~8sec till desktop- now upto 30s

    Macbook Pro on Mavericks 10.9.4
