Hi all,

A while back I posted here looking for producers to onboard for private coaching, and then a second round after the first two slots filled fast. I said back then this was a passion project and I didn't know if it would actually work, but just wanted to come back and report that it was a success.

Initially, the idea was to simply help producers finish music, and it turned into something much more. In the process I decided to launch a digital label called Latent : Forms to release music created by the producers who go through the sessions, and to give them a space where they can not only release and promote their own music but celebrate others in the process.

The first release on the label is out now: Emergency Landing EP by Laszlow, LF001

Laszlow (one of the members here) was one of the first to dive into the sessions and stick with it all the way through, and it feels like exactly the right way to kick things off. You can listen to the full release here:

I also want to say a proper thank you to the AS community for all the encouragement and support, as well as Laszlow, who helped me tremendously in fleshing out a lot of the process just by being honest about what was working and what wasn't. All of the input from everyone has mattered more than you can possibly imagine and I'm deeply grateful.

On a more personal note, going into this I didn't know what to expect. I thought it would be mostly transactional but it was much more than that. There has been real connection and friendship that has come through these sessions, and it's something I didn't realize how much I would enjoy and needed on a very personal level.
