But when in add in library the files does not appear in Konakt

Are you using the legit (ie non cracked) version of Kontakt?

No problem with another library
when add the library i enter my password and after nothing appears in my library
the xml file not appear in service center
i not understand
maybe not run with this version of Kontakt
