My collection of manufacturer collections is taking shape really nicely. I figure that roughly two-thirds of them are done! That means that there are still more requests to come, but missing wallpapers are running lower and lower all the time, thanks to @NYCGRIFF and @Pasi - whose creativity and productivity are abundant.

Love all these collection wallpapers. Perhaps a bit adjacent to the thread topic, but I'm curious - is there any real performance benefit from compiling multiple libs under one nicnt? Or is it merely for housekeeping purposes?

 

Hi BD. Pleased that someone else is finding the collection wallpapers useful!

For me, it optimizes both performance and organization. I found that Kontakt takes marginally longer to load the greater the number of libraries registered, to the point where it was impinging on productivity considerably. I find that, except for the libraries I use most, I do not need individual entries, thereby limiting the number of registrations significantly, and consequently improving performance. At the same time, having instruments grouped under a collection, enables me to locate them more quickly, without having to scroll through heaps of libraries. All in all, I find it neater, and much more efficient.
