Impossible unless you just mean the outline, otherwise there would be absolutely no point in putting it into Inkscape or whatever just to convert all the smaller lines to vector, when the wallpaper is only going to be the size it will be.
Because if you have the original photo (I would hope you do!?) then a perfectly scaled RGB of that, in colour! lol, could be made.

Sharing a few wallpapers I whipped up myself - others have done these already but I'll share here in case anyone likes my versions. In general, my style is to prefer Library Name left aligned and Company Name right aligned when viewed in Kontakt stretched out fully.

Also, I have a question for all the wallpaper designers here, completely out of curiosity:

I've noticed that my Kontakt doesn't display anything beyond a width of 521 px, so I set my template to be exactly 521×98 px. However many of you provide wallpapers much wider than that. Do these wallpapers show up in any other NI program with different dimensions, hence the need for the wider image, or is there something else I'm missing?

Apparently, you're using a version of Kontakt (v5.6.5 or later) that cannot display wallpaper graphics beyond the width that you mention. Earlier versions of Kontakt had no such limitation, and also allowed the user to resize the horizontal tab display by dragging the corner located on the lower-right hand.

Yes. many people (including myself) continue to use an earlier Kontakt versions (prior to v5.6.5). However, I also use the latest version of Kontakt as well. So, I know exactly what you're speaking about.
