I´m dizzy reading this.
Xml file only must appear on Service Center folder. And coincide SNPID with NICNT file from library.

I know but for some time when I add a library, the Xml file no longer appears in the folder Servive Center.
So far, I have been able to cope with the NICNT file, duplicating it and keeping the necessary basic text and replacing NICNT with XML; it worked for the Novo Pack 03 Synthetic Strings among others but with the Forzo the library does not appear, so if I could just have this file or a visual to redo it it would be cool.

I only saw cases like yours when installing Kompact or Intakt software compatible with Kontakt. And it rained since then...
I think you should have any other sort of problem not related to Kontakt, but not a MAC user, so I can´t help in this way.
The one I can do is sending you the XML for this library. So serve yourself. Copy and look what happens.

I had exactly the same text in my xml file but the layout of the text was slightly different.
Apparently that was enough to change the situation.

 

It´s the first time I look at the screen more than 5 minutes for deciding which one I like more
