Actually, since my copy of Photoshop started acting funky, I've been using Paint Shop Pro 2018. For making wallpapers, it's just about the same; as are many other graphics editing programs. As long as you know how to finalize your work, it's all good. (BTW, I have never applied the 3D feature on any of my renditions).
