    I designed these.
    But the size on the library list is too large.
    Where did I go wrong?

    make the height 98 pixels and keep the logos and names in the middle and everything favoring the left side of the paper
    I would also make the logos and names smaller, keep in mind that the entire canvas will never be seen

    First of all, as RainMan points out, the size of your graphics (especially vertically) should fit within the tabs; without spilling over. With the latest versions of Kontakt, it's even more important to pay close attention to your layout. Personally, I focus more on the library's title, as opposed to the library's publisher. So, I try and place my graphics to the left or center of the tab, and the publisher's info center-right (depending on your design). BTW, the dimensions of your two wallpapers are exactly what I use [633x98]. Here's an example of what I'm talking about:
