Hi guys,
I've read other threads with similar issues but nothing have worked so far.
It worked fine in Kontakt 5 though.

Looks the buttons and interface located in Resources/Resources/pictures aren't loaded.





The backgrounds (Wallpaper_Guitar_1 and Wallpaper_Guitar_Strummer_1) seem to load properly.
I batch re-saved in Kontakt 6, nothing seems to be missing.

I tried to change the location of the Pictures folder and the files inside in a few different ways, nothing worked.
I also tried creating a user "Snapshot saving location" and put the goods inside, still didn't work.
I also tried putting the Pictures in Documents/Native Instruments/Kontakt/pictures/8DIO_Steel_Guitar_FULL (same name as the NKI I'm trying to load).
Did the same with Documents/Native Instruments/Kontakt 5/pictures etc, no luck either

I'm running out of ideas! Some help?

 

Just an idea: Maybe the non-english localization of your pc is to blame. I can see you use french. Maybe Kontakt is searching for "My documents" and not "Dossier des fichiers". I had the same problem with Kontakt 6 portable and Komplete Kontrol: they worked only inside english-named folders, because the exes could not understand Greek! The same happens with Maschine, but not with the standard installed Kontakt 6.

ΙI can't see anything about snapshots in the photos. If you are talking about snapshots/presets (nksn files), you put them in My documents/Native instruments/User content/Kontakt.

Thanks but that's not it.
In the latest Windows 10 at least, localization is merely cosmetic. "My Files\Documents\Native Instruments" can be used to access that folder, whatever your system language may be. I have another library which resources are located in "my documents", and it works fine.
At any rate I use the full version of Kontakt 6.4.2 in english so that shoudn't matter.

 

Click on the gear icon.
Click on Snapshots Folder Path or whatever, I can't remember!, then a window will open and you drag and drop the snapshot folder into it, and it copies them to where that lib wants to see them.
Exit back out of there and your snapshots will be in the dropdown, always attributed to the lib.
