Kontakt OVA LOAD

    the damn thing overloads and crashes every. damn. time. i cant write shit. what can i do to help the memory on it? :( :dunno: :( :( :( :( :( :(

    Make use of the purge function. It can be really helpful.

    load libaries wich are not 1gig +, and if you do. purge the samples that are not needed

    a little question guys. when I purge all the samples and mantain only those which can be useful for me, then everytime I re-open that project with these libraries and these purged samples, Kontakt reload again every sample. So if I (in my open project) purge 200mb out of 201mb, and so I'd have only 1mb left, when I try to close and re-open that project, kontakt reload again every 201mb.

    Is there a way to "freeze" the PURGE settings (not the "track freeze" inside the DAW, I don't mean that kind of "freeze") of a Kontakt session inside one project?

    How much Ram you got? What solved my problem is when i upgraded the Ram from 8 to 16gigs Big Difference
