Dear all,

I am trying to use Kontakt 6/7 Portable or a non leg. Kontakt 6/7 with Avid Sibelius Ultimate. Normally inside Sibelius Kontakt is registered under the Available Devices section as Kontakt but with the portable versions and some of the non leg versions I have downloaded from the AudioZ site, it appears only as VST.

This is a problem because it means that Kontakt inside Sibelius as a VST is not capable of accessing the Kontakt native auto-load function and with Sibelius this is an important feature that will allow programed sound sets to load the appropriate sound whenever needed in the score.

I suspect that some binary codes may have been removed thus Sibelius can no longer recognized Kontakt as Kontakt and consequently list it as a general VST.

If someone has encountered this same issue and found a solution, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
