    Hello everyone,

I have a weird issue with Kontakt. Hopefully, someone can shed some light on what the hell is going on.

I've made some custom folders with custom *.nicnt and wallpaper and added them on Kontakt. The folder structure goes like this in there. STRINGS for example is the main folder. Inside it, there are libraries categorized by a developer for example Audio Imperia. Inside that, there are the string libraries I have from Audio Imperia for example Areia. I use a symlink on the "Areia" folder which points to the location of the library on a different hard drive.

So to sum up the folder structure goes like this: STRINGS (where nicnt and wallpaper are) => Audio Imperia => Areia (symlink folder).

Until Kontakt 6.6.1 this works perfectly with no issues at all. The library shows up and all the folders inside it look perfect.

From Kontakt 6.7.0 up until Kontakt 7 if I leave the structure like that it shows nothing. Only the library tab of "STRINGS" is showing up on Kontakt but as soon as I click browse it shows nothing inside as if it is empty. If I change the structure though to something like this for example: "STRINGS" => Areia (symlink folder) everything works fine and Areia shows up under the STRINGS tab when I click browse.

Seems like Kontakt can't read 2 folders deep in the structure. Did they change that Kontakt behavior or am I doing something wrong here? Also if they did change that can I fix and make somehow Kontakt 7 to read libraries structure as Kontakt 6.6.1 did?

Does anyone know what's going on?

Thanks for all the help in advance! :)
