So I added more ram to my PC, had 4GB now I have 12GB and I can notice a big differece in general inlcuding in Kontakt (this was the main reason) so I'm glad about it.
Now the first question was going to be how to check if Kontakt is using all the ram (not to look for a problem but I want it to use the ram), but then I reminded I have either OS-DAW-Kontakt in 64bits so it should do it fine, but if anybody knows something to add about this I'll gladly hear you.
There's another thing I noticed that caught my attention, would like to hear your opinions and experiences as well of course. And is that, in a moment I restarted the PC, usually when I do that when is about things in general may take more than usual time to load, what do I mean precisely, in this case with Kontakt for example, restarted PC, opened FL then Kontakt and took a bit of time, then I opened a kinda heavy library and took some time too, same when it opened, had to wait some seconds. This makes me think, but then after a little while I did exactly the same I just said and everything loaded in less than a second (literally), so this makes me wonder if the 'first time' always takes time for X reason that I don't know, or there's simply something else I'm missing here.
I didn't try this with the heavy ones yet (Signal, Cinematic Strings, etc etc etc), will do tomorrow but I really wonder about this.
Which also leads me to wonder if ram is the only important thing for a better Kontakt performance.
You gotta count the PC in general may be important as well and I don't really have the best PC of all times at the moment:

    Asus M5A78L-M LX3
AMD FX(tm)-4100 Quad Core 3.60 GHz
    Ram 12GB
Win 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1

Saw several times people mentioning the hard drives, I honestly have no idea in what could that affect all this in particular (not talking about personal situation), but in any case these are the ones I have:

Can't really say which one contains the OS, I'm pretty sure it's the Hitachi (500GB), the other one is from the former PC I had (600GB), and regarding this, if it's useful to know. The main disc is partitioned, where Win is I have several plugins and all (which rarely use them), but all the Kontakt libraries are in the other partition and disk, not in this main one (C).

I wrote too much, sorry about that people. Opinions are more than welcome.

This is probably due to RAM Caching.

After your restart your PC, RAM is empty, and windoze has to load data from scratch (ckeck resmon, a lot of RAM might be FREE).

After you close stuff, the stuff ISN'T immediately kicked out of RAM - it's only kicked out of RAM if something else that is different and immediate needs it. So if you close and reopen it, it's probably not loading everything from the Disk from scratch, it's probably loading some from RAM (if it's still there), which makes the relaunch seem quicker. (ckeck resmon, a lot of RAM might be on STANDBY)

If you wait a while, windows MAY load some things it hinks you need, but idk if can load your full kotakt libs in time.

Definitely is the RAM caché. Windows 7 and higher have several ones, the classic, prefetch, superfetch,... he theory is the same.

Besides, with a good amount of RAM more files are cached. Only when you use a lot of RAM the cache has to decrease. You can see what quantity of RAM is destined to the cache in the task manager.

Also note, that what gets loaded into RAM are small chunks of every sample for that particular NKI instrument. So you're still more or less depending on the speed of hard drive for glitch-free operation. You can increase this "preload buffer" in Preferences > Memory. By default, it's set to 60kb.
There's an option to load the entire instrument into RAM (through instrument preferences - wrench and instead of DFD, choose in that box right below "Instrument Options" option "Sampler"). But I can guarantee that you'll run out of RAM very fast.

if you want to get a faster load for kontakt stuff, consider buying a SSD.
my ultrabook has a SSD and its significant faster as my desktop which has only a harddrive.

Thanks guys, I checked in the task manager right now and these are the results, I clarify I only have opened utorrent and firefox (with almost 90% of memory reduced thanks to a small app I got).

    Phisic Memory

    Total: 12270
    In cache: 3064
    Available: 10300
    Free: 7416
