kontakt and libraries

    i had to reinstall windows a while back and have not put kontakt back on.
    before i had a bob dule version and i was able to download sound libraies e.g alicia keys,there was a lot of different things.
    can this still be done with the latest version of kontakt? or do i need to install older version to be able to do this.
