Kontakt 8 sound preview issue

    For most of my Kontakt (cracked) libraries the sound preview function does not work using my keyboard. Although - and that is what I do not understand - the preview folder including the actual preview sounds do exist.

    Interestingly - this was not always the case. Something, somehow changed. Can I change it back?'

    Now, what can I do? Is it a question of moving them somewhere else on my system. Fact is - all my libraries are on an external drive and that will not going to change.

    I am running Windows 11, bobdule Kontakt 8.7.1.

    Hope someone can help.
