Not often, but I've experienced the following issue a few times from an older version.

When I opened the Library Manager to add a new library, it said "Some libraries' location has been changed blah blah blah...(I don't remember the exact message.)".
Closed that message box, added a library, saved and closed Lib Manager.
After that, it got to take 5 minutes to open an instance of Kontakt whether new or not in DAW, or new one for standalone.
Normally, my Kontakt doesn't take so long to launch or open.
That went back to normal after the system was rebooted.

I think this is not a random thing.
Until I updating Kontakt to v8, one of a cause of the issue was installing python modules.
And the most recent situation when I faced the issue was after crashing of Windows Explorer.

I don't want to reboot my system if possible.
I need your help, please.
