KONTAKT 8 Library order Problems Mac M1 Sequoia

after restart it get randomized ordered classic list

I did installed a lot with KLU 2 and also with version KLU 1, and with the Kontakt 5.6
but around since version 7 to today I get around 40% randomize after restart.

just started the KLU again . library is around 700
Library order shows around 10 without library position, and around 15 set on place 00000
don't have an idea how to fix this.

if I try to set a new SNIPD with this tool with a Factory NICNT , that the nicnt get the image destroyed. (I know there is the possibility of save pic before, but then I also have seen the new created SNIPD dont work, and the library dont get load and I need to load the library again fresh with the Factory nicnt.

my feeling is around 300 its all working good but over it gets more and more difficult.

But if somebody know how to, or how to fix it: my eyes and ears are open for ideas

 

I've not used KLU 1 or 2 as yet but I did use 'Native Instruments Nicnt-Generator v2.1 x64-TRACER' (available on sister site) to create a nicnt with or without wallpaper and entered my own SNPID 000 - 011 for Pettinhouse and some of my own and asks if you want to overwrite wallpaper and it was easy to use too.
I think in the Kontakt Library Manager (Portable/Bobdule etc.) once you click [save] in there it should save the order.

so I just tried again with Kontakt 8.5 and also with KLU 2.4 order the list

not work, after reload Kontakt or restart after KLU again the setted List is killed

 

Yeah, (replying to your mention in the sister site HCiSO 8.5 release)...

I have around 250-(maybe just under) 300 'licensed' libraries added via KLU2 (not counting the 1000's of other libraries self created or not requiring NI licensing, but I have a huge Kontakt library and dependence on it), so haven't had the problem, and honestly, and since Kontakt v5 haven't spent a load of time organizing 'order' so much, as it's just too much or been a pita, but I hear and understand yours and others desire for it, as one of these days I will get off my lazy ass and make more coherence of it myself... as it makes good clean sense. (to quote ac/dc...)

I know FredBloggs has said that with the advent of Kontakt 8 there are things that his utility has issues with, as NI changed some things under the surface, and recommended himself staying on latest v7.x etc unless one needed to update for new libraries etc... and since it's been a long time since v8 was introduced, I'd imagine that time is hard pressing for many...

Unfortunately his activity on updating the app/utility has dropped off, (understandably, no grief to the gentleman at all intended etc... I can understand how one just gets tired of playing whack-a-mole, or has other things going on in life absolutely, and everything else)... and perhaps someone else can either back engineer and add to his previous work if he is open to that, or other options on the macOS front will come to fruition...

I haven't personally used "Add Library v4" or other tools as haven't really needed to, but again it's growing apparent' that either klu2 needs an update or whatnot in whatever form, and hopefully either FredBloggs finds the time or interest, or someone else can (as it's above my ability without question and I have no illusions on that)...
