Hey all,

Not sure what happened but my bobdule version of Kontakt 8 and Komplete Kontrol crash before loading. Komplete Kontrol opens up for a few seconds but never gets passed the "waiting for product scan" stage and closes. I started watching the processes in my task manager and noticed that both programs prompt windows to report a problem. I went into event viewer and saw this error code: 0xc0000409. I'm not sure if this is the actual cause of my Kontakt programs not opening but figured I'd mention. I have Bobdule's Kontakt 7 and it's working fine. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling bobdule's version and even tried R2R's and I keep getting the same result. Both programs won't load. Oh and neither will load in Cubase either. When I try to load them Cubase crashes. Thanks for your help!!
