I've tried to add libraries via the kitty script and it seems like they are added but then they don't appear in the application or the VST. It says in a text file that to fix it you need to give full read and write permissions to file service center but every time I do it keeps coming back to read-only mode. Also, I've tried installing 5 version and adding from there but it doesn't work either.

Also, when I install The Gentleman which I have bought from the Native Acces app it works but it doesn't create any XML file in the application support native instruments service center folder. Very strange.

Have they changed the installation architecture?

Please anyone can help?

If you're on Mac, I would just uninstall everything with AppDelete (or another equivalent app) and install's TRAZOR's version on the sister site instead of M0riA's—if it still isn't working for you.
I'm personally using TRAZOR's.
