Hello, this is quite tedious, every time I go to that arrow to get the quickload drop-down menu, it freezes for at least 5 sec before showing the drop-down menu, why is that?

Have you tried the same action with your Virus Scanner off completely? Did it work before and just start doing this? Did it begin after upgrading to a new version? The most recent version I see is 7.3.2.

 

Yes I tired with AV off, same thing.

Before I just used the low panel quickload so I wanted to try and use the dropdown menu just recently

How fast is it for you ?

 

I am on Mac 6.7.1. But on sister site, the 7.3.2. BobDule release has thousands of views and almost 0 people with problems using it. (and that almost never happens). I just noticed your thread title of 7.3 and no last digit of the build number; which would indicate what release you were using. It could be one of 5 or more possible versions of "7.3", and from multiple releasers. That could be why you are getting the results you are seeing, if that is not normal behavior for your machine. I would definitely pick that one to install, if I was noticing a problem.

@clone I just upgraded. Kontat standalone don't start. I click, there's the windows loading wheel for a few seconds, and then nothing

Loading time for the quickload drop menu is still the same, as you can see on this video

there are a few additional comments and scenarios in the thread on sister site. (from Releaser about Native Access, .xml file, etc). Read the whole thing. What happens when you load the plugin version in your DAW?

I'm on mac.

 

Plugin version load just fine on my daw.
@clone Out of curiosity, how many seconds for you when you left click on the arrow to show the quickload drop down menu ?

update : after reinstall, standalone now works fine. Still slow quickload list loading ...

So... there's also a threshold for that quickload list ? Because only half of it shows now.. Did I add too much to it ? "15 menu entries were hidden"
