Kontakt 6.3.1 and Sample Logic Library's

    After updating to version 6.3.1 of Kontakt I noticed that Presents / Snapshot Saving Location stopped working in Sample Logic's largest product library, even after having downloaded and pasted it in the folder: user / documents / Native Instruments / Kontakt. Is this kind of situation happening to someone? Does anyone have a solution? Thank you

    I really have the files in the right place. When I open Kontakt, for example, "Arpology Cinematic Dimensions" does not appear presents. Did I do something wrong? Thank you for your help.

    check the default location path for snapshots, it is variable with CPU used. intel use the library folder, AMD not.

    Thank you for viewing the images I added to this answer. In fact, everything is in compliance. I don't understand why with this new version of Kontakt I no longer have access to the Presents from Sample Logic.

    normally the selector for the factory snapshots should be enabled.

    if it don't work, copy the snapshots library content to the user location. they will be taken as user presets.

    the "no path" location is strange in the info panel. it should point to the library folder. it look like the library is not installed as a library.
