Hi everybody

I am new here,

I hope you can help me.
My problem is when I load Kontakt to Sonar X1 it works fine
and when I load EZ drummer it works fine
but the problem is EZ drummer takes over Kontakt and start playing along with the library
for example I loaded a piano library to kontakt and everytime I play I hear the EZdrummer playing along
I know its something to do with channeling but I don;t know how to figure it out or maybe I am doing something wrong when I load them ?

Hey man, sounds like you have them both Monitored, if you only want to play one, make sure only ONE of them has the record button, or monitor button enabled.

If you have both instruments monitored you will hear both.

The monitor button is the blue one next to record.

I figured it out
I was routing the folder track ahhh dear lord not the Midi track if you know what I am saying
but I have a different question now
after having Kontakt I get 8 folders ?? well or 16
any ideas why and what are they ???


and how can I convert the midi tracks after playing to audio track in order to mix and master them

If.. all u want is a single track, ready to play....

..when u drag over an instance of Kontakt, or any multi-timbral instrument......In the Insert softSynth options dialog, UNcheck "All synth Audio output" (mono and stereo), and leave only "Create Simple instrument track" checked, as well as "synth properties page"
