Kontakt 4 not loading library's anymore

    Hi All
    I have this problem when i try to load older compositions with cubase 8.5.
    Kontakt 4 want load library's and it stay empty.
    I make thoses compositions in 2010-11
    probably with cubase 7.
    I already try to reinstall kontakt 4 but the problem persist.
    I think the problem is cubase no ,
    Any ideas to resolve this prob ?

    I tried to reinstall cubase 7 but it change nothing. The prob is probably Kontakt 4.
