Just downloaded it and messed around with it.

Serves as standalone or a plugin in your DAW & my initial impressions are it's pretty useful.

You dont need to own the Controller to use it.

Think you can demo it so definitely worth checking out.

If you a registered user then definitely download it and install it as it could be pretty usefull.

How did you hear about it? Did it come in your Service Center Updates?

I own Komplete Ultimate but never got a notice of the Komplete Kontrol software.

 

NI send a mail to all registered users. I got my mail today.

 

just downloaded it as well. Got the keyboard in the mail today. don't own complete so i can't use its features outside of demo mode. sucks but the keyboard is nice!

 

I wish they would just bring Kore back ......

I see NI is updating all their libs for Komplete Kontrol.... what about all those (non NI libraries - add lib) .... do they get the same treatment, or will they be out and over when it comes to Komplete Kontrol?

 

I would assume that ALL the good 3rd party companies involved would want to jump on that bandwagon, Of course it will cost then a bit just like how the official "Add Library" costs a fee. It only makes sense..., sounds easily found?? That is a no brainer!!!

Will be interesting to see what happens is like heading towards complete integration though still think the controllers are overpriced. Suppose it's how it can adapt your workflow ect whether it worth it.

Anyone any idea how much NI actually charge as a fee for adding say your library in Kontakt or is it like a set fee or a percentage?

 

I understand its a set of licenses and the more you buy in one chunk the cheaper the price. From what I understand its something like 20 bucks per license unless you buy a ton at once. Then your product has to be vetted and encoded by NI which can be a long process.

 

hi guys ive bought the komplete kontrol s61 i dont have a purchased komplete 9 or 10 and i cant register my komplete kontrol on service center ? anyone have the same problem ?

ive registered the hardware on the NI website and the service center says incorrekt serial Nr. i cant understand why
