Komplete Kontrol not loading Arturia plugins

    I have Komplete Kontrol 2.2 on a Windows 10. The plugins from Arturia V Collection show up in the Instrument Tab but I get a message saying " plug-in not found" Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated. Thanks.

    Rescan your plug-ins directories when opened in standalone mode.

    @Infidel thank you for replying. I have done that. Also, I have pointed to right VST folders and nothing.

    untick "always use latest version of NI plug-ins" then rescan

    try reinstall, just over current install...did you move any files?

    UI reinstalled and didn't move any files. This crap drives me nuts.

    did you rescan library files as well...which is where the nks data etc would be..locate all in library
    otherwise i have run out of ideas , sorry

    @E.C.R I just did a library rescan and didn't help. Thank you for your help, I appreciate your effort

    @Luka I have a suggestion that could work. Do the following:

    1. Open Kontak Kontrol.
    2. Click on the Edit menu and open the Preferences panel.
    3. Go to Plug-ins page and click on the Manager pane.
    4. Make sure that every available plug-in is activated for use in Komplete Kontrol. Click on checkbox icon next to the plug-in name if it is unchecked.
    5. Click on the Locations pane and remove any C:\ProgramData\Arturia folder that does not end in \x64\ . For example, if you have C:\programData\Arturia\Buchla Easel v\ and C:\programData\Arturia\Buchla Easel v\x64\ you MUST remove the first one.
    6. Perform a rescan.
    7. Let us know if it solved your problem.

    Hi, I have a similar setup... using Win 10 and KK 2... but "Portable Kontakt 5.8.0". @TonyG you seem to know your stuff - do you have any idea why I would possibly getting "Could Not Load Plugin" message whenever I click a patch from one of the NKS instruments I've added under the USER tab? I've got the thumbnails showing but can't seem to load the instruments. :(

    I know this is a very old thread, but I saw that you were active last month, so I thought I could help. The solution is similar to what TonyG suggested. In C:\program Data\Arturia\nameofinstrument\x64 make sure you have the dll file here that you ought to have in your vst folder for you DAW, copy those dll files to these locations. Also remove any dll file that might be in the C:\program Data\Arturia\nameofinstrument\ folder (make backup first). Now add the path "C:\program Data\Arturia" to Komplete Kontrol Standalone via Edit - preferences - plugins - locations. Then rescan, and everything should be fine. Now you can close Komplete Kontrol Standalone and run komnplete kontrol as a pöugin in your daw and everything should work fine. In theory that is : ) Good Luck.
