LUFS Meter is a loudness measurement and adjustment plugin compliant with ITU-R BS.1770-3 and EBU R128. It is also 'EBU Mode' conform.

    Highlights
    • Customisable: Elements can be hidden. Sizes and colours can be changed.
    • Single click loudness calibration.
    • Multiple instances of the LUFS Meter can be synchronised.
This helps mix engineers to quickly get started on a new mix - especially if the track count is high.
      • Add a LUFS Meter to each track.
      • Measure all tracks by playing the project once.
      • Push the 'adjust to' button on one LUFS Meter.
Thanks to the synchronisation, all tracks are now loudness calibrated.
This is all it takes to create an initial 'faders up' mix with the LUFS Meter.
(The second video explains the procedure in more detail.)
    • Its core measurement algorithm (entirely developed by Klangfreund) is open source.
To help establish loudness measurement in the open source community.
And to show curious users how it is done.
