Hello everyone, I have purchased keyscape and installed the standalone version on my win11 laptop (requirements are fully satisfied). Keyscape works and displays the instruments in the browser window, but when I double click any of the instruments an error message appears: “cannot load soundsource -sound name- in directory keyscape library. Try refreshing Index in browser”. How can I solve this? I tried reinstalling but the problem remains. I also tried the methods I found on reddit or other forums but they’re not effective.

 

If you have purchased Keyscape then contact their customer support. They will help.
Sounds like you may not have the full library. I got that error on my mac due to a few instruments not in the core library. Everything has to be correct for it to work. Keyscape is fussy like that.
