you probably at least have to delete the zmap.index here: STEAM\Omnisphere\Soundsources\Factory\Core Library
And do a refresh in Omnisphere
Maybe you also have to delete the zmap.index in Keyscape

If that does not work move back to original folder. And answer these questions:

1) Have Keyscape worked on your pc before and stopped working because of update or something else. Is it a new install of Keyscape?

2) What exactly is your error message

3) Do you have all the updates like this:

Nope same error

 

It’s weird because my keyscape soundsource version is not in the satellite section either

 

It shows as this

 

You at least need the soundsources update. You should also update keyscape patches

 

No this is a new install of keyscape it has never worked Omni works fine it’s only keyscape that is giving me any types of error msg

 

Where can I find the updates for those?

How big is your Keyscape folder inside the Steam folder? You remembered to move back the Keyscape library content back to it rightful place right?

 

Yes I moved it back after it did not work I will check the size of the keyscape folder

 

Hi guys a had the same problems and i solved installing omnisphere from the start without erassing anithing . All 8 cd's and then update 2.1.0e then the 2.3.2h update then the 2.5.0c update, then patch all dll. with spetrasonics 2084 keygen fro r2r and you are good ( make sure your keyscape bank files under STEAM / keyscape / sounsources / Factory /keyscape Library /Keyboards .
