So I've read nearly every thread about this issue but I have not been able to find a solution. I do not have antivirus and I have window's defender turned off. I will click on a keygen and it will not even pop up. Funny thing is I have two profiles on my same laptop so I can generate keys from my alternate profile but keygens that automatically register you do not overlap between profiles/account. So I'm stuck and asking this forum for maybe some answers? I was trying to clean up my laptop with advanced SystemCare and then I started running into this problem. I got rid of it and tried to revert any changes it may have made but I can't seem to make it work.

I had the same issue if windows 10 you actually have to google search how to log in to the actual Administrator account your account is admin but its almost like a super admin then you can run keygens again I had to do that then just deleted my current user account after.
