I recently purchased the Jabra Elite earbuds, and while they deliver impressive audio quality, I've encountered a few issues. Firstly, the left earbud intermittently disconnects, causing disruptions during calls and music playback. Additionally, the touch controls seem inconsistent,

often misinterpreting my commands. I've updated the firmware, but the problems persist. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with their Jabra Elite earbuds? If so, how did you resolve them?

I'm looking for any advice or troubleshooting tips to improve the overall performance of these earbuds. Your insights will be greatly appreciated!
