Hi sounds like there are some folders you missed to put the patches in,
There are also vst3 installed from the set-up
and fl studio will open these first even if the vst were installed as well
try remove eader all the vst or vst3 and add the patches again to the ones you left ,
do a rescan in fl studio and see how it works out.

Forgot to add there is also a R2R version if you look around for it.
