Hello, I am having issues authorizing the Neutron 2 Advanced Updated Mac.

After putting all 4 K'd folders into the proper place, what needs to be done? It says authorization not complete. I rescanned folders and rebooted still not working. I followed the notes and put into designated spots. Please let me know if I am missing anything.

check common files, replace files there.
check x86 and 64 program files folders, replace files there.

search your pc for izotope folders, make sure you replaced ALL the dlls.

 

@The_Disturbed im on MAC so im not sure on how to do everything. with PC its much easier to replace files.
im not sure what you mean by "common files" and i cant find and x86 and 64 program files either.
might need someone else to show me how to do this, been spending the past few days doing this and havent gotten anywhere

you'll never find these folders as they are not in OSX and only in windows

 

Search your mac for the name of the files you want to replace. There could be files in places they're not usually. A few people have had that issue with the new izotopt stuff. I couldn't get Tonal Balance Control working till I searched for it on my whole computer and then replaced them. Worked flawlessly after. I'm on PC though so I don't know the whole Mac situation.

 

any people with MAC that can shed some more knowledge on this? I looked almost everywhere, replaced all the ones i found and still nothing. sucks
