iZotope iSight level meters?

    Can someone explain easily, basically what are all the volume meters in this (see attachment below) pictures taken from iZotope iSight and tell what they mean? Thanks!
    Even with video if you get them!

    think of it like
    Integrated = long term LUFS "Average Loudness Volume Level Reading Of Track"
    ShortTerm = long term LUFS "Average Loudness Volume Level Reading Of Shorter Period Then Track"
    Momentary = Peaks LUFS
    Loudness Range= Difference Between Your Peaks And Lowest of dbs
