    Hi everyone,

First off, I would like to say I am so proud of this community and its growth over the course of past 20 months. I want to thank every one of you newbs that signed up during this period, not only because it's another audio forum, but because it has amazing members who will respond to stupid threads no matter how bad they are. For example, we have @Olymoon who will once every now and then remind newbies that there's a search function or that posting links to warez is forbidden. Oh @The Pirate as well, whose mysterious identity reminds us not to meet anyone from the internet, and how the instructions on Omnisphere has been posted more than 5 times, but he still doesn't hold back from lending a hand. :)

I have a corporate finance background, that's all I have to say.

Since the market crash of 2007-2008, I had always been waiting for another crash to occur. In the weeks leading to the COVID crash I was telling family and friends how such an event is going to really re-distribute the wealth again. and How I cannot wait for something like this happening. Not that I am a pessimistic A**hole, but that in times of chaos there are endless opportunities.

A lot of people made tones of money, not being stupid day-trading, but by accumulating wealth. Some of my internet acquaintances in eastern Europe and Mid-east, whose countries don't have strong capital gain tax, have really enjoyed this market.

I think this forum should be much more than focusing on Music, but also expand towards new skillsets that everyone needs, no matter who or where they are; we all have have a monetary need; we all have a monetary goal.

We have learnt to produce our own beats, mix and master our own songs, or heck even write lyrics for them. Why not learn how to invest our own money?

This is why, I am entertaining the idea of doing an educational series similar to what I've done in the past, but instead of it being related to Audio, I will make it finance-, or investment-based. Where I will in addition to expanding on my knowledge, I will recommend books, and etc. Of course, nothing shall be taken as an investment or tax advice, and the series will serve and educational and informational propose only. I am not a professional, and for everything you the reader should consult with an attorney, and a qualified tax or investment specialist.

I'd like to know your thoughts and whether this is something the community would appreciate or would get involved in by sharing their own perspective as well (especially if they have a finance background).

    Regards,

    Same here bro!

Foster made his/her money selling his beats to Jeff Bezos in an all out stock-option. Gyro Gearloose was in on the bid.:) Ask Saints.
On a serious note, I have no idea what you are referring to, so take it with a grain of salt.

Got it! I haven't really been keeping up with the forum. Is he dead or in trouble? It's so funny how our first thought when someone stops posting is whether they died or got arrested instead of thinking that they made it big. Lol.

Send it to me. 3X return. You send US $1000, I return to you 3,000 Iranian Rials. In a couple of deals you will have a million.

    Hi there,

While it's possible to earn something like that in short term, but it certainly is risky. I do not recommend you engaging in such reckless manner in the capital markets. Everyone has a goal of financial excellency and I want to tell you that it has to be achieved in the longrun, anything other than that is short term.

Stay tuned, I will post a lot of stuff soon.

    Cheers!
