Another great Spanish track from 1984. It's got 2 speeds: after 4 minutes the song suddenly played 5 BPM faster. When mixing, I was like: WTF? Vicio Latino - Sabes Que Hora Es? - well, time to call it quits..

Patrick Joseph Cowley (1950 - 1982 ) was a U.S. disco and hi-NRG music producer. In the same breath as Giorgio Moroder, Cowley is celebrated as one of the pioneers of electronic dance music.
