Correct. But the simplest method for dealing with Foster-types, is ignoring them completely. Don't respond to their comments, don't rate them, don't post on the threads they open. Nothing, complete radio silence. But then again, this whole thread is about how the lack of ignoring people has lead to your current circumstances.
