Is anyone having issues downloading using uploaded at the moment?

Been getting that every time I click on a link.
Can someone please give me some info as to why this is happening, their customer service is terrible.

Have you logged in to the website and looked at your account info? You should see more details about your account and usage there...

Normally you get such a message when you have been downloading huge amounts of data in a short period of time.. If you haven't been doing it yourself.. change your password as your account may be being used by someone else...

No issues here at all.... using Uploaded.

 

Every time i dl from there it stops at 1mb or less from finishing. Pretty frustrating on a 5hr dl.

 

It will not accept my credit card payment AT ALL. I've had an account all the way up until this month. Now it won't accept any card I've tried. Both Mastercard & Visa have been declined because of "Error". Anyone else experiencing this?

Had exactly the same problem a week ago or so... seems like they changed the payment system...
I solved that problem by restarting router, on another computer, 48h later, but i still think the issues fault was theirs... good luck dude ;)

 

I had the payment problem that you had... I used a different card and it worked... but Up until this month everything was fine for me too with old card...I cant use that other card next month and I dont want to have to drive 50 miles to buy a friggin paysafe card... I hope resetting router and using a different computer will actually work!! Good to know it wasnt my card. I know all my info was correct cause I re-entered it like 7 times trying to get it to go through...

I did however experience the same credit card ordeal as others have mentioned. Using same card and a different computer solved the problem for me. It was frustrating though mainly due to their 48hr lockout period after a denial

As far as support goes, I get responses to requests within a day, and have talked to people by calling the number listed on website. There's a 7hr. time difference from my location which is somewhat inconvenient, but keep in mind they're on CET so their 9am start time could be in the middle of the night for you.

 

Hey Horseman I'm getting problems with my Uploaded and I can't pay with my credit card. I want to pay with bit coin but I can't as it says I need an app to open the document on the payment screen at uploaded.
I don't know how to use this!
