All these debrids do the same thing. The uptime is the key factor for RG especially. Real-D is in my experience about 98-99% with RG. I will say that pretty much all of them are up/down for all the different services.

If debrid-link does torrents as well as FFS dl's is higher uptime for any given FFS, is better priced than Real-D (real-debrid is about 3$ @ mo.), and doesn't require foreign payment I'd say debrid-link was probably a better value. Can anyone verify any of this?

It's not "scrambled", they use RAR which means the file is compressed, and that filetype won't get flagged. Video file types (mkv, mp4 etc.) will. The problem with RLSBB is that the video files are often compressed / remuxed (resized), whereas some sites offer the full untouched video.
