Is anyone else having issues with real debrid atm?

I can't check at the moment, but not a surprise... Rapidgator been very spotty on RealDebrid the last few weeks. Try another host or try again later.

Also, you should delete your link.. I don't think they're allowed here (ignore me if that's something legit/legal).

 

Yes, it's been going on for a few weeks now. One day maybe it works, the next day it's "unavailable" again. Same with Katfile and Filefactory. RD also seems to be parsing out availability to subscribers -- they'll let you download a small sized file on RG, try a second one and you'll get the 'unavailable' stuff again. Unfortunately, it's making it very difficult to d/l stuff from sister site. The hoster choices they give next door are the one's that Real Debrid is falling apart with. Seems like the various hosting services are trying to see if they can knock out RD since they screw with their business.

 

Same here, on and off with RG links. Kinda annoying when there's no other link available. How they fix it soon

I'll second the Debrid-Link recommendation. Switched from LinkSnappy about 10 months ago due to much lower price. The low cost did make me wary initially but I've had no issues and it works perfectly in combination with JDownloader 2. Just yesterday used it for an 80+Gb download from RG using links from sister site with no hiccups. FYI, in case it's relevant, I'm also using NordVPN.

I have wondered, given the much cheaper price than the usual suspects, why Debrid-Link is almost never mentioned in these sorts of forum discussions. It would seem to be a no-brainer, so is there something I'm missing?

 

well, then sooner or later you will the same issues with Debrid-Link because it's doing the same as other debrid-linkers like real-debrid.

 

Maybe! That's why i always go with a €9,- for 3 months membership. For the moment everything works fine every time with debrid-link!

What I actually meant to say was that Debrid-Link is utterly terrible, awful, really slow, prone to installing rootkit shite on your PC, over-priced, likely to steal your identity, is behind most of the world's recent and ongoing conflicts, all current humanitarian disasters and despotic regimes and will almost certainly kill your children and pets if you use it. Plus something about Andrew Tate. Just don't, please, for the love of god touch it. Avoid it at all costs.

I think you're probably correct, but there have been times I'm wondering if it's possible that RD is just targeting the hosts most used by sister site?? Maybe all the large files over there are sapping so much of their resources they're trying to slow it down? You think that's possible? I just can't figure out if some of the hosting services are crawling up Real Debrid's ass or if its some sort of deliberate move by RD.

It's not only Rapidgator but a quite a few important hosters that are not available (Katfile, ddownload and others). Real-Debrid and other Debrid Clones probably work with shared premium accounts they purchased from the actual hosters. Once the hoster notice it they close these accounts and the Debrids have to purchase new premium accounts and the game starts again from the beginning. Otherwise I can't imagine how Debrid services can offer a lower price than the actual file hosters.

 

I can't even get a payment to work on rapidgator right now, is real debrid still acting strangely?

is Debrid Link worth a look then? Real Debrid has been increasingly shite since about the beginning of December until now. i had no problems with it for years, but i think it's time to look for something else

You nailed exactly the point: I check regularly on several debrid services (there is loads and loads of them on the market!), and I can tell you for sure: each of them will have a problem with RG at a moment or at another, it's a certainty!

Why? Because RG (and other well-known hosts) hate debrid services, as they imply less money in their pocket. The equation is simple: one debrid service = one subscription only.

In other terms: if each and one person that subscribed to, say, AllDebrid, or RealDebrid, or Debrid-link or... would instead pay for an individual RG (or KF) subscription, it would make far, far more money for them.

And to incite users to pay more, and directly to them, what better incentive than a bug, a slowdown or any other dysfunction they could think about? Sometimes, they simply unexpectedly change ("update") the code / API necessary for debrid sites to connect to them. Some hosts (like KatFile, and many others) also decide: "You cannot Dl more than x Gb/day".

Debrid sites, seen from the point of view of the hosts, are like pirates: they profit from a crack, a failure in the system, but this situation can't last for long: one day or another, the established hosts will find a - legal, or even illegal for some of them - way to forbid them, and/or to render their existence more and more difficult, miserable, a real pain in the arse...

I ended up cancelling payment on linksnappy. I thought is was a scam. It never worked and I never could get any support.
