Is waveshell inevitable vs individual plugins?

    Installed a bunch of plugins through Waves Central, applied team VR patch and scanned in FL Studio. All of the plugins show up as 2 Waveshell VSTs as opposed to how I had it before, where each individual plugin was separate. Is this just how Waves is now or is there some way to achieve that again?
