But also... just a reminder that you won't get anywhere something other than what's being released on AZ. What's released by R2R is released everywhere. I suppose some people have high hopes they'll get more releases somewhere else. No, you won't. So it's infinitely better to get all the releases from AZ, as you can be sure they're clean.

My friend, where do you see anything to download that is remotely wares related? If you feel the need to hook-up with a veritable treasure trove of links to the many times fabulous and at all times free instruments and plugins here on offer, then look no further than https://audiosex.pro/threads/best-free-software-for-making-music.14835/page-33#post-307707 .. you will be in production heaven in but a copy/paste, ca-ching ca-ching moment.

Are you guys saying all of the downloads available here are legal versions of the software I see advertised for a price on selling sites?
Like for instance Native Instruments The Giant, which they sell for $99 and I downloaded here the other day at no cost. Are you telling me that is a legal version of that software? I could go on all day listing programs and plugins that anyone can download here at no cost that are listed for sale on the makers or other sites Like Musician's Friend. Sorry, but this is what they call a pirate site...yes, we call it networking...but companies that make and sell these programs and plugins call us pirates. And yes the programs available here that are not free are considered warez by the software industry. No different than downloding and using a cracked copy of Photoshop from a graphics site...warez.

I've been doing computer graphics since 1988 when I bought a Mac II Ci with 8 megs of RAM and a 105 HD, for $5000. I made a good living doing 3D product illustration and animation. From the very beginning before the internet was a viable thing we traded software. The unwritten rule was, "Try it, learn it...if you use it for profit buy it!" The people I know and myself have stuck by that rule.

I do music for myself not profit but I will abide by that same rule. If I start making tunes and post them for others even though they are not for sale I will buy what I use.

OH, wait, are you guys talking about this forum??
