Is there an optimal macOS operating system for audio production?

    Hello everyone!

    Quick question. Is there an optimal or best version of the macOS operating system for audio production?

    I'm currently running macOS Monterey (12.7.1, M1) with Ableton Live Suite (12.0.1).

    If possible, I'd prefer to have the best performance possible with the highest plugin compatibility possible, simultaneously.
