I heard a rumor that they take sfx from other sources like games and libraries and processes them to sell. That's not copyrighted. It would be like claiming a hammer blow or a drill sound as your own. A sample like the sword is used millions of times around the world, it's not special. You can't license or protect such everyday sounds.
