    What's up fam.

I just bought Nexus 2 with some xp's and im wondering if there's any way to use Nexus 1.4.1 and 2 at the same time. Whenever i install one of these, it will overwrite the other.

    Thanks

    1. Setup Refx Nexus 1 to one Folder and Rename Nexus.dll ---> Nexus1.dll
(Copy all Folder incl. Nexus Content... and Paste or Move Other path in Mycomputer)
Uninstall Refx Nexus1 . Re-Move all Folder copied to your Folder Vst Plugins and use Refx Nexus1 :)

    2. Setup Refx Nexus 2 to one Other Folder and Rename Nexus.dll ---> Nexus2.dll
    *yes*

This is two version RefxNexus 1 and 2 Runing on OS Window

Where can i find the .dll file? been looking everywhere and can't find it. And also, do i put both folders on library/audio/plugins/components?

    @ Phong Mix,

According to the exact Header of that Article :

I'm just curious to see the result when you rename some '.dll' Files (which by essence are Windows 'Dynamic Link Library' --> '.dll' *yes* ) under 'MAC OSX' !!! :dunno:

You cannot rename the .Dll files that way will not work, that will cause authorization errors and corrupt app looking for the original

I solve this problem with Windows and Cubase.
I bought Nexus 2 and use it. Than I instaled old Nexus with Jbridge. Now I see both of them in Cubase and I can use them at one time.
Dont know if Jbridge is also for Mac.

LOL @ talking about .dlls in a Logic Thread…

    Ummmm did you try this:

    1. Rename existing AU to Nexus_whatever.component
    2. Install other Nexus version

    if that's a problem:

    3. Open the Installer with an app called Pacifist
    4. Install/Extract Nexus.component in component folder
    5. Rescan Plugins.
    6. Good Luck ;)

Hi guys, I'm also really interested in this things...
I own a Nexus 1.4 (cracked) with many expansions but I want to buy the nexus 2 because I want also some new expansions that are interesting.. At the same time I would love to not lose all my expansion of Nexus 1.4
So, somebody managed to have both 1.4 and 2.6 working at the same time?
I just need to rename the Nexus.component of v1.4 to something else and install the v2.6 normally?

I hope somebody can help me,
    Thanks in advance

    Karl

Thing is, I have the v1.4 with all the expansions that comes from it (downloaded on AudioZ) and I'm finding very good.
But now I wanted new expansions that works only with the latest version, so I'd buy it.
At the same time I'd not lose the expansions that comes with v1.4...
So I wanted to keep both version of the plugin. I just wanted to know if it is possible and if yes any solution.

    Thanks much for the time,
    Karl
