It's a real "game changer."

 

Yeah I think it is too based on what I heard in the video demo. I'm downloading it now.

 

I think that only is for quick results that is = to keep producing. For people who know how to do the same thing this plugin does, with native or third-party plugins it doesn't matter, in my opinion I think it's for a market of people who are just starting out And that allows them to continue in the flow of "their" creativity... Something that very rarely ends in hits or finished projects XD. In other words, if it works, it's not something new, it's worth it, yes, but it's only worth it for the target market and some other experienced ones who are weak from time to time.

 

iZotope is making the life harder for other devs. Their new plugins, are for sure, bringing unique stuff to the table, while most of new plugins released everyday from other brands fail to deliver that feeling of "i can't find it elsewhere". I don't doubt 5 months later other devs start copying their style of processing and putting tons of money on youtube ads to sell snake oil versions of the new iZotope plugins.

 

it looks like a standalone version of the EQ module in Neutron Advanced. It's a new plugin, but it is not a different mousetrap such as the thread title asks, ala clickbait.

 

Its a multi fx, not similar to Neutron's eq. If anything its like Wavesfactory spectre, except it has more effects, not just different colors of saturation.

Ive been in the game for two decades, music is my day job, and find it pretty awesome. Sure i can do this with native plugins or third party, but theres few that i can think of that do it so quickly and smoothly. Its awesome for sound design. I wouldn't be so quick to write it off. I do wish it had more FX types, its somewhat limited. Still great, just could use more, hopefully they add some in future updates.

 

It's a meticulously curated examination of prepared alterations to our perceptions of... oh, wait... not a kontakt library? Yeah.. just some fx in a box.

 

It's a mix of Wavesfactory Spectre with Kilohearts Multipass. Well, at least i don't know any plugin like that nor a way to do this kind of processing on that time and effort.

 

It works with the delta of the processing. the EQ creates the "difference"signal and that allows the processing to poke through at just that band/gain/frequency

 

I like the pretty hills and mountains.

Tested on a pad and makes pad better.

 

iZotope is high tech/high end and always very innovative.

 

yah that seems about right. Shaperbox you can do similar as well, easy enough to do band isolation but still not as seamless as this. Love this plugin already. Im buying to support in hopes they add more fx types.
