Is el capitan recommended ?

    you can operate the osx or at least remain at Yosemite ?
    I want to run things from Vocalgin continue?

    I'm using it and works fine. I upgraded from Mavericks to El Capitan. The first one had much better battery life in my Macbook retina 2013. To solve it I have disabled every sync and notifications options. Works as fast as Mavericks and has better look. The only program that I use is Logic and works fine.

    If none of your software or plugins will be deprecated (will no longer work) in El Capitan, go for it. For some things, you might have to disable SIPS (a new feature in 10.11). El Capitan does run more smoothly and faster than Yosemite. Turn off the notifications and other behind-the-scenes (and system-taxing) features of the OS, and it will be even more efficient.

    I want to upgrade Maverick to El Capitan, before That I want to Know if there Still have a problem with some Kontakt Bank. I work with Logic ans the last version don't accept Maverick.
