Install Studio One 4 demo alongside v3.5 R2R

    Hi everyone! Do you know if it would raise any problems installing the Studio One 4 demo alongside v3.5 (R2R).

    I believe you need to register at Presonus website to download the demo.

    yeah i'm registered but couldnt find the demo link at all. cool man , thanks i keep looking. how is the new version anyway ? nice ?

    The link to the demo is easily found in my account. It seems great, but I have not tried it yet cause I don’t know if it would create any problems alongside v3.5 R2R.

    If S1 4 uses the default S1 3 folders;
    ProgramData
    AppData

    then yes, you will have conflicts.

    They are not shared, though some information is read from the previous installation for migration.

    All my settings transferred over nicely. Other than a couple small bugs its a solid first release, no crashes yet.

    Presonus always encourages you finish your projects in the major version you started in, so they don't overwrite their own versions.

    just make sure you install in a different folder. and don't save any projects from older version. that works fine.

    for Me, I use windows 7 (Pirated) and when I install Studio One, it says you need Windows 7 Sp1 + updates, how do I do that with my pirated version? thanks
