started high with Krust. But took a nosedive after that.
the drummer is for beginners only imho.

I Dont know where I read it but I just read it today- plus I was working on Fxpansion's Guru (predecessor to Geist - both designed by Steve Duda who made Serum) today and noticed that each of the 8 Engines (a beat in each which you combine multiple Engines) each Engine has its own groove and shuffle Templates. I was Looking all over for a Global Groove/velocity control on the UI but couldnt Find it. and just Today I dont know where but I read someone saying that Good Drum Beats and Breaks involve Different varying grooves for each sound. combining multiple grooves. Like one for the hihats and a different shuffle/swing for the snares and a different shuffle/swing for the Kicks

I have yet to try it out. My initial reaction was it might be messy and destructive but it also just may unlock the secret of a Good Beat

Inspiration can come from many different sources. I Hear movie Directors Like David Lynch say he is inspired by music when making Films and I have also heard musicians talk about getting inspired by the emotional quality of movies. I am now trying to look to other sources to be inspired - right now Im into Type/Font Graphic Design. The style and also architecture and infinity pools - to get inspiration
